JOIDA TEMPLE, Jamshedpur Overview

The Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is situated on the bank of river Swarnarekha falling on the NH-33 Ranchi –Dalma route around 12 km from Chandil on the way to Dalma from Ranchi. A annual fair is also held to mark the occasion of Makar Sakranti (Locally Known as Tusu Parab).

Dewri Temple , Jamshedpur Overview

The Dewri Temple is situated in Tamad around 60 Km from Ranchi. It lies on the way of Dalma from Ranchi along side the NH-33. The Temple has a very ancient idol of Goddess Durga. The idol is Known for its distinction of possessing 16 arms (16 Bhuja). The Temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga.
